How do I reset a password in Illinois workNet? (I forgot my password/user id)

To reset the password:

• Go to the Illinois workNet Home Page and click on “Log-in” in the header.
• Click on “Forgot Username/Password?” below the password field. 

There are two methods to reset your password:

• Select Option 1 to have a link sent to you view email that will reset your password, or
• Select Option 2 and enter your email address and date of birth and answer to your secret question to reset your password.
  • Note: The email you enter must match the email connected with your Illinois workNet account or you will receive the password reset emails. If you are not sure of the email you with you account we recommend option2.
