How do I qualify for priority points?

Eligible entities must partner with a Community College, a Local Workforce Innovation Area, and employers to pilot the clean energy pathway programs. One of these eligible entities, priority points will be given to programs with an EV focus, programs in rural areas, and programs incorporating partnerships with current Rev Up EV Community College grantees.
